【摘要】 [目的]了解柳州市中小学生意外伤害的种类、原因及地点,以寻求有效的干预措施,控制与降低伤害的发生率。[方法]采用随机整群抽样的方法于2007年11月对柳州市18所中小学校3600人进行问卷调查。[结果]柳州市中小学生共发生12种不同类型伤害,发生率为11.28%。前3位伤害依次为跌伤(7.91%)、碰伤(2.76%)、交通伤(2.42%);以小学生伤害发生率最高(15.20%),其次为初中学生(11.37%),高中生为(7.66%)。伤害的发生率与性别有关,男性发生率明显高于女性(χ2=29.58,P﹤0.01)。伤害的原因主要是玩要、家务劳动、运动和交通事故,此外伤害发生率还与其父母文化程度、职业、学生的上学方式有关。受伤地点主要在校内(40.51%),其次是在家中(29.75%)和公路上(12.26%)。[结论]伤害严重影响中小学生的健康和学习,应针对伤害的特点和发生原因采取有效措施,减少意外伤害的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] In order to survey the type, causes and the site of unintentional injuries in school students in Liuzhou, find out the effective interventions then control and reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries. [Methods] Questionnaire survey on 3 600 students selected from 18 schools in Liuzhou with the randomized cluster sampling was carried out on Nov. 2007. [Results] There were 12 kinds of unintentional injuries in school students. The incidence was 11.28%. The top three were fall (7.91%), bump (2.76%) and traffic injuries (2.42%). Students in elementary school were with highest occurrence rate of injuries (15.20%), which followed by junior high school students (11.37%) and students in senior high school (7.66%) .Gender was relevant with the occurrence rate, which among boys was higher than girls (χ2 = 29.58, P﹤0.01). The causes of injuries were playing, housework, sports and traffic accidents.Besides, parents’ educational level and occupation, the transportation means students went to school were associated with the occurrence rate of injuries. Most of the injuries occurred in school (40.51%), second was at home (29.75%) and on road (12.26%). [Conclusion] The unintentional injuries are seriously influencing on the health and the learning of school students.
