【摘要】 [目的]对昆明市农村汉族和彝族村民吸烟行为与BMI指数和腰围的关系进行对比分析。[方法]在昆明市石林县采用PPS抽样方法对6006名45岁以上村民通过问卷调查和体格检查获取所需资料。[结果]汉族的肥胖率明显高于彝族(χ2=4.88,P﹤0.01)。汉族与彝族村民的中心性肥胖率、汉族男性与彝族男性腰围的分布无差别(χ2=1.48,P﹥0.05);但汉族女性的中心性肥胖率明显高于彝族女性(χ2=3.97,P﹤0.01)。汉族和彝族吸烟者与未吸烟者的肥胖率和中心性肥胖率没有差别(χ2=1.06,P﹥0.05),但不吸烟者的超重率和体重过轻者的比率均明显高于吸烟者(χ2=4.21,P﹤0.01)。[结论]应在农村居民中开展戒烟的健康教育,特别是在汉族村民中加强合理饮食的健康教育,以减少超重和中心性肥胖的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To compare the ethnic difference in smoking behavior and the relationship with body mass index and waist circumsference in a rural area of Kunming.[Methods]Probability proportional to size(PPS)sampling method was used to select representative sample of 6 006 residents aged 45 years and over from Shilin County.Information was obtained from a questionnaire survey and physical examination.[Results]In the study area,Han majority had obviously higher prevalence of obesity than Yi ethnic minority(P﹤0.01).The prevalence of central obesity had no significant difference between Han majority and Yi ethnic minority(P﹥0.05),and waist circumstance had no significant difference between Han ethnic males and Yi ethnic minority males as well(P﹥0.05).Han ethnic females had higher prevalence of central obesity than Yi ethnic minority females(P﹤0.01).For both Han ethnic and Yi ethnic minority,the prevalence of obesity and prevalence of central obesity had no significant difference between smokers and non-smokers(P﹥0.05),whereas non-smokers had higher prevalence of overweight and prevalence of low weight than smokers(P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]It is necessary to enhance health promotion of quitting smoking in the study area,especially to emphasize the health promotion of reasonable diet structure among Han ethnic.It would be helpful to reduce the prevalence of overweight and central obesity.更多还原
