【摘要】 [目的]探讨鹰嘴钩钢板在尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折中的临床应用及疗效。[方法]2006年1月～2009年8月,采用鹰嘴钩钢板治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折19例,其中男11例,女8例,年龄25～70岁,平均40岁。肘关节按Broberg-Morrey评分标准评估。[结果]本组19例病人中随访15例,随访时间8～16个月,平均10个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间12～26周,平均20周。本组15例中,优8例,良5例,可1例,差1例,优良率为86.7%。钢板无断裂,2例发生螺钉松动,但未影响骨折愈合。[结论]鹰嘴钩钢板治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the clinical application and effect of surgical treatment of olecranon comminuted fracture using the olecranon plate.[Methods]From June 2006 to August 2009-19 cases of olecranon comminuted fracture were treated by olecranon plate.There were 11 males and 8 females aged 25-70years old(average 40 years old).The results were evaluated according Broberg-Morrey Score System.[Results]15 patients were followed up for an average of 10 months-range 8-16 months).All factures were cured and the average time of fracture healing was 20 weeks(range 12-26 weeks).8 cases were rated as excellent,1 good,1 middle,1 poor.The excellent rate was 86.7%.There were 2 cases with screw loosening,without plate broken.[Conclusion]The therapeutic effect of olecranon plate for treatment of olecranon comminuted fracture is certain.更多还原
