【摘要】 随着信息技术在教育领域的广泛应用,高校教育技术培训也受到越来越多的关注。北京大学"教学新思路"教改项目旨在提高教师课堂教学与网络交互式辅助教学的能力与水平,"WWHAST"模型是基于该项目提炼的一种高校教师教育技术培训方法。它在"IRC"三个典型案例中的应用表明:"ST"的跟踪支持、教学助手的协作教学以及专业技术团队的支撑是高校教师教育技术培训顺利开展的重要环节,有助于将各种先进、复杂的教学技术工具与系统推介给广大学科教师,提高教学的吸引力与效果,促进教学改革的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the wide application of information technology in education,the training of educational technology in universities is receiving more and more attention.The teaching reform project named "New Ideas in Teaching" in Beijing University aims to improve teachers’ ability in classroom teaching and web-facilitated interactive teaching.Developed especially for the project,the "WWHAST" model is designed to improve teachers’ educational technology.Its application in three typical IRC cases shows that support and tracking("ST"),collaborative teaching of teaching helpers("TH"),and support from professional technical teams are three very important factors for the success of education technology training for university teachers.Through the training,the teachers learn various advanced and complex teaching technology tools and systems,which make teaching more attractive and effective,and encourage the implementation of teaching reform.更多还原
