【摘要】 社区教育是一项社会化、群众性、草根性的教育。以往人们比较关注社区教育为经济建设服务、为居民就业服务,这是一种物本论的社区教育观;有的则强调社区教育社会发展功能,这又是一种社会本位的社区教育观。究其本质,社区教育是以人为本的教育,旨在促进居民生活质量和生命价值的提升,促进社区的全面发展和文明进步。以人为本作为社区教育发展观的核心理念,社区教育就成为一种为民生谋福祉的教育实践活动,其实践意义就是把人的可教性和终身学习、终身发展联系起来,把包容性增长和全纳性教育联系起来,把人本性和推进主体性社区教育发展联系起来。在社区教育的发展理念中,人本社区教育观应起主导作用,这样会推进社区教育的经济功能和社会功能的更加有效发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community Education is a socialized,mass and grass-root education.In the past,some people focused on its service in economic construction and employment,which is a material-centered viewpoint of community education;some emphasized on its social development function,which is a society-centered viewpoint.In essence,community education should be people-centered and devoted to promoting people’s life quality,their life value and the all-round development of the community as well as the progress of civilization.Adopting the people-centered concept as its core notion,community education becomes an educational practice that serves for people’s wellbeing.Its practical significance is to associate people’s teachability with their life-long learning and life-long development,tolerated growth with inclusive education,people-centeredness with the advance of subjective community education development.The people-centered concept should play a leading role in community education so as to give impetus to the effective exertion of its economic and social function.更多还原
