电刺激对人肛门括约肌压力的影响

【摘要】 目的研究低频长脉冲肛门电刺激(AES)对人肛门括约肌压力(ASP)的影响。方法选15名健康志愿者,用测压管上一对环状电极进行不同参数的电刺激,了解其对ASP的影响。结果①基础ASP为(38.6±6.8)mmHg,电刺激可使ASP增加40.2%,达(54.1±8.5)mmHg(P<0.05)。②ASP增高与AES脉幅、脉频、电能强度呈正相关(r=0.37、r=0.49、r=0.21,P<0.01)。③在持续20min的电刺激中,4个5min时段的ASP间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肛门内应用低频长脉冲电刺激可使人的肛门括约肌压力增加,且这一作用依赖于电刺激的脉幅、脉频、电能强度,兴奋作用至少能维持20min而无肌肉疲劳。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of anal electrical stimulation(AES)with various parameters on anal sphincter pressure (ASP) in healthy volunteers.Methods Electrodes were mounted on the manometrical catheters.Electric stimulations with various frequencies,pulse widths and pulse amplitudes were undergone in 15 healthy volunteers.Results 1.The ASP was 38.6±6.8mmHg at baseline and increased by 40.2 percents to 54.1 ± 8.5 mmHg.2.The ASP during stimulation was found to be positively correlated with the pulse amplitude,stimulation frequency and stimulation energy (r=0.37,r=0.49,r=0.21,P < 0.01).3.No difference was noted among the four 5-minute periods during the 20-minute stimulation (53.2 ± 7.6 mmHg,55.4 ± 6.8 mmHg,52.7 ± 8.1 mmHg,52.8 ± 7.4 mmHg;P > 0.05).Conclusion AES with long pulses and low frequency substantially increased anal sphincter pressure.The AES induced increase of anal sphincter pressure which sustained 20 minutes at least,depending on the pulse amplitude,stimulation frequency and stimulation energy.
