环保型紫外荧光“三防”涂料的研制
Preparation of Environmental Friendly UV Fluorescence Three-anti Protective Coating
【摘要】 以硅烷偶联剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、引发剂(BPO)、环保型混合溶剂、荧光粉等为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成环保型紫外荧光三防保护涂料。考察了反应温度、引发反应的诱导期、引发剂的用量等对涂料性能的影响。同时介绍环保型紫外荧光三防保护涂料的性能特点。
【Abstract】 Environmental friendly UV fluorescence three-anti protective coatings was prepared through solution polymerization by using methyl methacrylate,methyl acrylate,silane coupling agent,initiator(BPO),environmental friendly mixed solvents,phosphor and other things as raw materials.The influence of reaction temperature,induction period of initiate reaction and the dosage of initiator on the performance of the coating material were inspected.Performance characteristics of environmental friendly UV fluorescence three-anti protective coatings were also introduced.
