改性的SiO2空心球及其应用
Modification of SiO2 hollow spheres and its application
【摘要】 以自制SiO2空心球为芯材,采用化学镀工艺对其表面进行镀铜金属化处理。研究了工艺参数对材料性能的影响,并对表面改性的SiO2空心球所做的涂层进行了光谱反射率测试。结果表明:波长1.06μm时的反射率为4%左右;10.6μm时的反射率为0.44%左右,可用于激光隐身材料。
【Abstract】 With the self-made SiO2 hollow spheres as core material, using the technology of electroless plating on the surface of the copper metal processing. Study of the process parameters on the properties of materials, and the surface modification of SiO2 hollow spheres do coating of spectral reflectance measurement. The results show that:when the wavelength of 1.06μm reflectance of about 4%; 10.6μm when the reflectivity of about 0.44%, can be used for laser camouflage material.
