结核性毁损肺患者行全肺切除术后的护理

【摘要】 目的探讨结核性毁损肺患者行全肺切除术后的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2006年6月～2010年12月49例结核性毁损肺患者的临床资料,并总结术后护理要点。结果患者术程顺利,手术时间1.5～5.3h,中位时间3.2h;术中出血量350～5500mL,中位出血量1200.0mL;术后住院天数9～54d,中位天数20.3d。术后出现呼吸衰竭2例,支气管胸膜瘘1例,均经对症治疗后康复出院。结论结核性毁损肺患者术后易出现并发症,护理人员应重视患者的呼吸道管理,保持胸腔闭式引流管通畅和纵膈平衡,采用合理的吸氧方式和浓度,以保证患者手术治疗成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the experience of nursing patients with the tuberculosis;affected lung treated with total pneumonectomy.Method Retrospectively the clinical data of 49 patients with tuberculosis;affected lung undergoing total pneumonectomy from June 2006 to December 2010 were analyzed to summarize the postoperative nursing.Results The time of operation lasted from 1.5 hours to 5.3 hours,averaged 3.2 hours.The intraoperative bleeding volume ranged from 350 to 5 500 mL,averaged 1 200 mL.The hospital stay was between 9 and 54 days,averaged 20.3 days.The 3 complications included 2 cases of respiratory failure and 1 case of bronchial tube pleural membrane fistula.Conclusion Patients with tuberculosis;affected lungs are prone to complications and nursing staff should pay attention to respiratory tract management,keep closed thoracic drainage tube unobstructed and mediastinal balance,adopt reasonable ways of oxygen inhalation and concentration so as to ensure surgically curative effects.更多还原
