改良封闭式负压引流技术在治疗Ⅲ和Ⅳ期压疮的效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨改良封闭式负压引流技术治疗Ⅲ和Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。方法选择2009年6月～2011年3月在本院住院带入Ⅲ和Ⅳ期压疮患者30例为治疗组,给予改良封闭式负压引流技术治疗;选择2007年1月～2009年3月在本院住院带入Ⅲ和Ⅳ期压疮患者30例为对照组,采用传统换药方法治疗。比较两组压疮创面治愈时间。结果治疗组各期压疮创面治愈时间较对照组缩短,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论改良封闭式负压引流技术治疗压疮效果好,有助于创面清创,促进肉芽组织生长,从而促进压疮愈合,缩短创面治愈时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of developed negative pressure drainages on phases Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcers.Methods 30 hospitalized patients with phrases Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcers from June 2009 to July 2011 were selected as the treatment group,which was treated with developed negative pressure drainages,and another 30 hospitalized ones also with phrases Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcers from January 2007 to March 2009 as controls treated with conventional dressing changes.The two groups were compared as regards the healing time.Result The healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions The developed negative pressure drainage is effective in treating pressure ulcers in that it is good for cleaning the wounds,containing the growth of bacteria,promoting the growth of granulation tissues,and propelling the healing of pressure ulcer wounds.Consequently,it shortens the healing time and lowers the medical expense.更多还原
