护士评判性思维能力的培养

【摘要】 目的总结护士评判性思维能力培养的应用情况,旨为制订提高护士评判性思维能力的培养措施提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析和总结评判性思维在护理教育和临床护理中的应用情况,并对PBL(Problow-based learning,PBL)教学法在培养护士评判性思维能力中的作用进行总结。结果 PBL教学法可有效提高护士评判性思维能力。结论 PBL教学法可以激发护士学习兴趣,提高独立分析、思考、解决问题的能力,是评判性思维能力培养的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of cultivating critical thinking ability in nurses.Methods The role of critical thinking of nurses was retrospectively analyzed and summarized in nursing education and clinical nursing practice.The role of PBL in the training of critical thinking of nurses was summarized.Result PBL was effective in improving the nurse’ s ability of critical thinking.Conclusions PBL may arouse nurse’s interests in learning,enhance their ability in independent analysis,thinking and solving problems.It is good for the training of their critical thinking ability.更多还原
