两种不同音乐播放方式对疑似乳腺癌患者病理活检后生命体征的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨两种不同音乐播放方式对疑似乳腺癌患者活检后等待病理报告期间生命体征的影响。方法选择在本院住院疑似乳腺癌患者60例,按照入院先后顺序分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。活检后等待病理报告期间实验组采用耳机播放音乐,对照组采用室内播放音乐。比较两组患者术前1d及等待结果15min和30min时间点生命体征的差异。结果术前1d及等待结果15min时间点两组患者生命体征比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;等待结果30min时间点两组患者生命体征比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过耳机给患者播放音乐,隔绝了手术室周围环境的不良刺激,使患者产生安宁、愉悦的心情,从而在应激状态下保持生命体征的稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the two ways of playing music on the vital signs of patients suspected with breast cancer and waiting for pathology report after biopsy. Methods 60 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups equally according to registration sequence:control group and experiment group. After biopsy,the experiment group waited by listing to the music from the ear phone and the controls by listening to the music from the loudspeakers. The two groups were compared for regarding the vital signs on 1 day before operation,and 15 minutes and 30 minutes at waiting for results. Results The vital signs at the 1st day and 15 min waiting for medical results were not different compared with the control group. But the differences were significant when waiting for 30 min after biopsy(P < 0.05) . Conclusion The headset music intervention can make happier the patients suspected with breast cancer and waiting for results so that they can keep stable vital signs.更多还原
