喜疗妥软膏治疗患儿输液性静脉炎的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨喜疗妥软膏治疗患儿输液性静脉炎的效果。方法将150例发生静脉炎的患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各75例,实验组采用喜疗妥软膏外涂并按摩局部,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷局部。比较两组患儿治疗效果和局部皮肤红肿消退所需的时间。结果实验组治疗有效率为97.3%,局部红肿消退时间(12.0±3.6)h;对照组治疗有效率为92.0%,局部红肿消退时间(24.0±2.6)h,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组局部红肿消退时间较对照组短,治疗效果优于对照组。结论采用喜疗妥软膏涂抹并按摩局部治疗输液性静脉炎具有治疗效果好和局部红肿消退快等优点,而且取材简单,方便实用,安全高效,便于操作及治疗过程的观察,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment effect of hirudoid ointment for phlebitis during intravenous transfusion in in-patient children.Methods One hundred and fifty children with phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups,75 each in the experimental group and in the control group.The experimental group were treated with hirudoid ointment combined with spiral massage,the control group were treated with hydropathic compress of 50% magnesium sulfate.The treatment effect and the times for flare resolution for the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate for hirudoid ointment group was 97.3%,and the time for flare resolution of local skin was(12.0 ± 3.6);the effective rate for the control group was 92.0%,and the time for flare resolution of local skin was(24.0 ± 2.6)h.The experimental group had shorter time for flare resolution and better treatment effect than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Hirudoid ointment for phlebitis has good therapeutic effect and can relieve local swelling quickly.As it is easily made,convenient to use,safe and effective,and it is easy for nurses to operate and to observe the treatment process,it is worth the clinical application.更多还原
