微波治疗阴道残端息肉的效果观察及护理

【摘要】 目的探讨微波治疗阴道残端息肉患者的效果及总结护理要点。方法将33例阴道残端息肉患者在切除息肉后,应用微波将其基底部进行热凝固治疗,并配合做好相关护理。结果治疗后1个月复查,33例患者全部一次性治愈,治愈率100.0%,治疗后6个月复查均无复发。结论应用微波治疗阴道残端息肉治愈率高,复发率低。术前应做好患者心理护理,术中密切观察病情,术后做好健康指导,其是保证治疗顺利进行的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing points in caring for patients with vagina remnant end polyp treated by microwave.Method Vagina remnant end polyps in thirty-three patients were excised by arterial clamps,and then the base of vagina was heat cured by the microwave and related nursing was carried out.Results Patients were reexamined one month after the treatment.All the 33 patients were cured completely,and the cure rate was 100.0%.Reexamination found no recurrence 6 months after the treatment.Conclusions Using the microwave to treat vagina remnant end polyp cure had high cure rate and low recurrence rate.Simultaneously,psychological nursing and careful nursing guaranteed the successful and effective treatment.更多还原
