规范化管理在腔镜手术管理中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨规范化管理在手术室腔镜管理中的应用方法和效果。方法成立腔镜手术专科组,制订腔镜管理流程、环节质控和使用管理制度。结果器械准备准确率从85.0%提高到96.0%,腔镜器械的损耗率从4.5%下降到1.7%,手术医生的满意度从87.0%提高到96.0%。接台手术间隔时间从50.0min缩短到15.0min。结论对手术室腔镜实施规范化管理,提高了腔镜手术的工作效率和质量,降低了腔镜器械的损耗率,提高了手术室护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application and effect of the normalized management in laparoscope management in operation room.Method The special nurse group for laparoscopy was set up specially for formulating the laparoscope management flowchart,link quality control and use management system.Results The reserve accuracy rate of surgical instrument increased from 85.0% into 96.0%,the attrition rate of laparoscopic instruments dropped from 4.5% to 1.7%,the surgeon degree of satisfaction increased from 87.0% into 96.0%,the interval time between two operations were shortened from 50.0 min to 15.0 min.Conclusion The normalized management in operating room laparoscope management may increases work efficiency and quality of laparoscope operation,drop the attrition rate of laparoscopic instruments,and increase nursing quality of operating room.更多还原
