0.5%甲硝唑与锌甘粉混合液治疗新生儿脓疱疮疗效观察及护理

【摘要】 目的探讨0.5%甲硝唑与锌甘粉混合液外涂治疗新生儿脓疱疮的疗效,并总结护理要点。方法将80例新生儿脓疱疮患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用0.5%甲硝唑与锌甘粉混合液局部外涂脓疱疮;对照组采用炉甘石洗剂局部外涂脓疱疮。比较两组患儿疗效及治愈时间。结果用药后第5d,治疗组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,χ2=5.50,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组治愈时间明显短于对照组,两组比较,t=-6.35,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 0.5%甲硝唑与锌甘粉混合液治疗新生儿脓疱疮疗效确切、疗程短,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of external application of 0.5% metronidazole mixed with zinc powder on impetigo neonatorums in newborn babies.Methods 80 newborn babies with impetigo neonatorum were randomly assigned in equal number into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.The former group received treatment by 0.5% metronidazole mixed with zinc powder and the latter by calamine lotion.The therapeutic effect and the healing time were compared between the two groups.Results In five days,the total effect rate was 92.5% in experiment group and 72.5% in the control group.The difference between them was significant(x2 = 5.5,P < 0.05).Healing time of experiment group was significantly short than the control group(t =-6.35,P < 0.01).Conclusions External application with 0.5% metronidazole mixed with zinc powder for treatment of impetigo neonatorum is worth clinical popularization because of affirmative effect and a short course of treatment.更多还原
