【摘要】 目的探讨社区护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用方法和效果。方法选择在广州某社区糖尿病患者200例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各100例。实验组给予社区护理干预,对照组不进行社区护理干预。比较两组患者对糖尿病相关知识了解情况和各项生化指标改善情况。结果实验组患者糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度和各项生化指标改善情况均优于对照组,两组比较,均P﹤0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论正确和有效的社区护理干预不仅能满足糖尿病患者的需求,而且对控制疾病发展,减少疾病并发症的发生具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on diabetics.Methods 200 diabetic patients were randomly selected in one Guangzhou community for experiment group and control group in an equal number:the former received community nursing intervention and control group no intervention.The understanding of diabetes-related knowledge and changes in blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid control rate between the two groups were compared.Results The understanding level of diabetes-related knowledge in the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).The improvements in blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid control rates in the experimental group were more significant than those in the control(P < 0.01).Conclusion Community nursing intervention is an effect way in which the disease is controlled and the complications are reduced.更多还原
