荆芥连翘汤足浴治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察荆芥连翘汤足浴配合综合疗法治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法 43例糖尿病足患者在全身综合治疗的基础上,运用荆芥连翘汤煎液浸泡患足,每天1次,每次45min。结果治愈28例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.3。结论荆芥连翘汤足浴配合全身综合疗法治疗糖尿病足具有良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of Jingjielianqiao decotion on diabetic foot through foot bath combined with complex treatment.Method 43 patients with diabetic foot were treated and nursed by foot bath with Jingjielianqiao decotion for 45 minutes once a day,aside from combined therapy.Results 28 patients were healed,with excellence in 8 patients,effectiveness in 5 patients and no effectiveness in 2.The total effective rate was 95.3%.Conclusion Jingjielianqiao decotion is clinically effective in treating diabetic foot with combined therapy.更多还原
