【摘要】 目的探讨瓣膜置换术后患者实施呼吸机集束干预策略的效果。方法自2007年7月-2008年12月选取在本科室住院行心脏瓣膜置换术的52例患者为对照组,采用常规的护理方法;2009年1月-2010年6月在本科室住院行心脏瓣膜置换术的46例患者为实验组,采用呼吸机集束干预策略。比较两组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(Ventilator Associated Pneumonia,VAP)的发生率和术后辅助呼吸时间。结果实验组患者术后VAP发生率和术后辅助呼吸的时间均低于对照组,VAP发生率两组比较,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论瓣膜置换术后患者实施呼吸机集束干预策略可减少术后VAP的发生率和缩短呼吸机的使用时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of bundle care of artificial airway(BCAA) on mechanical valve replacement.Methods 46 patients with mechanical heart valve replacement from January 2009 to June 2010 were managed by BCAA,and another 52 patients with mechanical heart valve replacement from July 2007 to December 2008 as controls by traditional treatment only.The two groups were compared and analyzed statistically regarding incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia and the time of postoperative ventilation time.Results The incidence of VAP and the time of postoperative ventilation between two groups were significantly different.(P < 0.05;P < 0.01).Conclusion BCAA for patients with mechanical valve replacement may reduce the incidence of VAP and the time of postoperative ventilation.Thus it can decrease the post-operational complications and medical costs.更多还原
