【摘要】 目的观察氧气疗法配合护理干预治疗骨髓炎窦道患者的疗效。方法选择2006年5月-2010年3月本科室骨髓炎窦道患者40例,按随机数字表法分为实验组22例和对照组18例。对照组采用传统的治疗和护理方法,实验组在此基础上应用氧气疗法并配合有效的护理干预,比较两组患者的疗效和治愈时间。结果实验组患者疗效优于对照组,治愈时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论氧气疗法配合护理干预是治疗骨髓炎窦道的一种有效方法,能提高骨髓炎窦道患者的疗效,缩短愈合时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oxygen therapy in treatment of osteomyelitis fistula.Methods 40 patients with osteomyelitis fistula were randomly divided into the study group(n = 22) and control group(n = 18).The control group received routine treatment and nursing,while the study group received oxygen therapy and nursing intervention.The two groups were compared in curative effect and healing time.Result The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05) and the healing time significantly shorter as well(P < 0.05).Conclusions Oxygen therapy combined with nursing intervention is effective for osteomyelitis fistula.It may shorten the healing time.更多还原
