【摘要】 目的观察艾迪注射液联合S-1、奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将51例胃癌患者随机分2组,对照组28例单用S-1、奥沙利铂化疗方案,治疗组23例在对照组治疗基础上加用艾迪注射液。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别是48%和36%(P>0.05),,KPS评分改善率分别是65%和46%(P<0.01),1 a生存率分别是57%和46%(P>0.05),不良反应率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者治疗后血清CA199、CA242及CA724平均水平比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合S-1、奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃癌,较单用S-1、奥沙利铂方案治疗疗效好,患者生存期延长,不良反应较轻,生活质量提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the therapeutic efficacy and adverse reaction of Aidi injection(ADI) combined with S-1 and Oxaliplatin regimen for treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Fifty-one patients were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty-eight patients in control group were received S-1 and Oxaliplatin regimen,and twenty-three patients in treatment group were ADI in the same time of applying chemotherapy.Results The response rate was 47.83% in treatment group,and 35.71% in control group(P>0.05),the KPS score improving rate was 65% in treatment group and 46% in control group(P<0.01),the 1-year survival rate was 57% in treatment group and 46% in control group(P>0.05),and the adverse reaction presented in treatment group was greatly less than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in average levels of serum CA199,CA242 and CA724 in both groups after chemotherapeutic treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion ADI combining with S-1 and Oxaliplatin can enhance the efficacy,prolong the survival time of patients in treating advanced gastric cancer,and could also reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.更多还原
