【摘要】 目的探讨曲美他嗪联合舒降之治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将本院心内科2009年2月—2010年2月收治的95例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成2组,治疗组48例,对照组47例。对照组给予硝酸异山梨酯、抗凝、β受体阻滞剂或钙拮抗剂、降血压和抗血小板等药物常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg 3次/d,辛伐他汀(舒降之)10 mg晚间顿服,8周为1个疗程。结果治疗组临床显效39例(81%),有效4例(8%),无效5例(10%),总有效率为90%。对照组临床显效15例(32%),有效17例(36%),无效15例(32%),总有效率为68%。2组之间总有效率存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后及2组间心绞痛发作次数与持续时间均有明显改善(P均<0.01)。2组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应,用药安全。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪联合舒降之治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效明显优于常规治疗,联合治疗是一种更安全、有效和完善的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to approach the clinical curative effects and safety of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin on unstable angina pectoris.Methods 95 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.47 cases were in control group and treated with isosorbide mononitrate,anticoagulant,β-blockers or calcium antagonists,lowering blood pressure and anti-platelet drugs and other conventional treatment.48 cases were in treatment group and treated with trimetazidine 20 mg three times a day and simvastatin 10 mg taken at a draught on the basis of conventional therapy.The courses of treatment in the two groups were both 8 weeks.Results In treatment group,39 cases was markedly effective(81%),4 cases was effective(8%) and 5 cases was ineffective(10%) and the total effective rate was 90%.In control group,15 cases was markedly effective(32%),17 cases was effective(36%),15 cases was ineffective(32%) and the total effective rate 68%.There was significantly different on the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).There were all obviously improved on the attack times of angina pectoris and the periods of status anginosus between before and after treatment in treatment group and between the two groups(all P<0.01).There was no obvious untoward reaction occurred at the period of treatment in the two groups,and the medication was safety.Conclusion The curative effects of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin on the basis of conventional therapy on unstable angina pectoris is obviously better than conventional therapy,which is an more effective and safe therapy.更多还原
