【摘要】 目的比较结肠宁和柳氮磺吡啶通过改良保留灌肠给药方式治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将90例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组:试验组46例给予结肠宁5.0 g溶于100 mL生理盐水中保留灌肠,1次/d;对照组44例以柳氮磺吡啶片1.0 g粉碎后溶于100 mL生理盐水中保留灌肠,1次/d。2组均用药4周。观察患者用药前及用药后2周、4周时大便次数、血便情况,并于4周后进行内镜检查。结果治疗2周后试验组和对照组临床症状缓解率分别为87%和66%(P<0.05),治疗4周后分别为91%和73%,4周后内镜缓解率为89%和68%(P<0.05)。2组总有效率分别为91%和73%(P<0.05)。结论结肠宁保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎早期缓解率高,短期内治疗效果优于柳氮磺吡啶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to compare the clinical efficacy of Jiechangning and sulfasalazine by improved retention enema on ulcerative colitis.Methods 90 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2 groups: 46 patients of treatment group was given Jiechangning 5.0 g,which is dissolved in 100 mL normal saline to take retention enema one time per day and for 4 week,44 patients of control group were received sulfasalazine 1.0 g,which is dissolved in 100 mL normal saline by retention enema one time per day and for 4 weeks.Defecation frequency,rectal bleeding of the patients was performed on in four weeks after treatment.Results After two weeks’ treatment,the clinical relieving rates of treatment and control group were 87% and 66%(P<0.05)respectively,after four weeks’ treatment,that were 91% and 73%,the endoscopic relieving rate were 89% and 68%(P<0.05),and the total clinical efficacy rates of the two groups were 91%and 73%(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiechangning by retention enema has a high early remission rate for ulcerative colitis,the efficacy of short-term treatment is better than sulfasalazine.更多还原
