【摘要】 目的观察转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化不同进展阶段的表达及定位情况,探讨其与肝纤维化的相关性。方法对150例慢性乙肝患者肝组织TGF-β1、CTGF行免疫组化定量分析,并与肝脏纤维化分期相关性进行统计学分析。结果肝组织TGF-β1和CTGF表达随肝脏纤维化加重而增加,组间比较均具有显著性差异(P均<0.05);且TGF-β1与CTGF表达呈正相关(r=0.793,P<0.05)。结论肝组织TGF-β1和CTGF表达与肝纤维化程度呈正相关,二者可作为评价肝纤维化严重程度的重要指标,同时也为今后以其为靶点的肝纤维化治疗提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the immunization and expression of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in different stage on liver fibrosis induced by chronic hepatitis B,and discuss the relationship with liver fibrosis.Methods The expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF in liver tissue of 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected by immunohistochemistry and quantitative determination,then the relationship with liver fibrosis were analyzed.Results The expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF increased with the liver fibrosis progresses,there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was a closely positive correlation between the levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in hepatic tissue(r= 0.793,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between liver fibrosis and the expression of TGF-β1/CTGF in liver tissue,they can be an important index to evaluate the severity of hepatic fibrosis,further more,they may provide theoretical basis of anti-fibrosis therapy by antagonists of TGF-β1 and CTGF.更多还原
