不同晶型Fe2O3前驱物对高温变换催化剂性能的影响
Effect of Fe2O3 crystalline forms on properties of high temperature shift catalyst
【摘要】 针对节能型高温变换催化剂工业生产的需要,分别以α-Fe2O3,γ-Fe2O3和无定形氧化铁为前驱物制备了节能型高温变换催化剂,通过比表面积和孔径分布测定、XRD、TPR、催化活性测试等,研究了前驱物晶型对催化剂性质和CO变换反应活性的影响,以γ-Fe2O3制备的催化剂还原前后晶型变化最小,还原过程放热最少,催化活性最高,最适宜作节能型高温变换催化剂的前驱物。
【Abstract】 The energy-saving high temperature shift catalysts are prepared with α-Fe2O3,γ-Fe2O3 and amorphous Fe2O3 as precursor.This is necessary for industrial manufacture of energy-saving high temperature shift catalyst.The effect of crystaline forms on the properties and catalytic activities are studied by means of the determination of N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,TPR and catalytic activity tests.The results show that the crystalline forms change is smallest,the heat release is the least during the reduce process of γ-Fe2O3 catalyst,and the catalytic activity of γ-Fe2O3 catalyst is the highest.So γ-Fe2O3 is the optimum precursor to manufacture energy-saving high temperature shift catalysts.
