木薯发酵丙酮丁醇工艺优化与放大
Optimization and enlargement of acetone-butanol fermentation process from cassava
【摘要】 通过对木薯和玉米原料的成分分析,发现木薯原料中氮质量分数明显低于玉米中的氮质量分数,进一步的实验证明,木薯原料中氮质量分数低是影响产丙酮丁醇的主要原因。设计了木薯原料直接用于丙酮丁醇发酵的工艺并通过添加氮源进行优化,丙酮丁醇产量约20 g/L,与纯玉米原料相当,可节省原料成本20%以上。在5 t和50 t发酵罐上中试放大,完全可以重复小试研究结果。
【Abstract】 The nitrogen content in cassava is much lower than that in corn by analyzing the component of cassava and corn.The low nitrogen content in cassava has great influence on the generation of acetone-butanol.Therefore,the acetone-butanol fermentation process from cassava was designed and optimized by adding nitrogen source.The production of acetone-butanol is about 20 g/L when adding nitrogen source to the cassava.Compared with the fermentation process from corn,the feedstock cost from cassava can be saved by about 20%.The result of lab is tested successfully in the pilot plant of 5 and 50 tons of fermentation tanks as well.
