连续通道微带双工器仿真研究
Simulation Research of Continous Channels Diplexer
【摘要】 为了实现双工器小型化设计,采用全波仿真软件IE3D仿真设计了一种连续通道的微带双工器,所用是0.254 mm厚的聚四氟乙烯合成材料的基片,得到工作频段为3.7~4.1 GHz和4.1~4.5 GHz的双工器,获得了各通道带内插损小于2.2 dB,通带间带外抑制大于40 dB@中心频率的仿真结果,设计过程对信道化接收机系统的研究和设计具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the miniaturization of diplexer,a continuous channel microstrip diplexer was designed by means of full wave simulation software IE3D.It was manufactured on the polytetrafluoroethylene substrate of 0.254 mm.Its bands are 3.8~4.1GHz and 4.1~4.5 GHz,and insert loss is less than 2 dB,while its stop band loss is higher than 40 dB.
