【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术手术适应征。方法:2008年1月～2009年12月,应用腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝763例,男孩614例,女孩149例;年龄6月～14岁,平均6岁;左侧289例,右侧376例,双侧98例。结果:手术过程顺利,无手术并发症,手术时间平均16分钟,发现隐匿性疝203例,复发2例。结论:腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术无明确禁忌,是治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝较理想的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the indication of laparoscopoic high ligation of hernial sac.Methods:763 children aged from 6 month to 14 years(mean 6 years)were treated by laparoscopoic surgery for inguinal hernia between January 2008 and December 2009,male 614,female 149,289 on the left side,376 on the right side,98 with bilateral hernia.Results:The operative procedure was uneventful,without complication.Mean operation time was 16 minutes,the ocular hernia was present in 203 of 763 children,there were 6 recurrences.Conclusion:laparoscopoic inguinal hernia repair has not definite contraindication,it is an ideal procedure for treating indirect inguinal hernia.更多还原
