【摘要】 目的:观察氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的降压和降尿酸作用。方法:120例高血压并高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,观察给药前后血压和血尿酸变化。结果:用药8周后2组患者收缩压和舒张压与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组间降压疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组用药8周后与用药前比较血尿酸浓度差异明显(P<0.01),而对照组用药8周后与用药前比较血尿酸浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯沙坦可降低高血压合并高尿酸血症患者血压和血清尿酸水平,合并高尿酸血症的高血压病人可安全选用氯沙坦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observation and treatment of essential hypertension losartan hyperuricemia and uric acid lowering effect of antihypertensive.Methods:120 cases of hypertension and hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups were observed before and after administration of blood pressure and blood uric acid changes.Results:The two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure before treatment was significantly (P<0.01),antihypertensive efficacy between the two groups no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) ;after 8 weeks of treatment group compared with before treatment,serum uric acid concentration significantly different (P<0.01),while the control group after 8 weeks of treatment compared with the serum uric acid concentrations before treatment were no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusions:Losartan reduces blood pressure in patients with hyperuricemia and blood pressure,serum uric acid levels,hyperuricemia in hypertensive patients is safe to use Losartan.更多还原
