【摘要】 目的:探讨视力及视野对鞍区肿瘤的诊断意义。方法:回顾性分析2002年3月~2009年10月在我院手术证实的鞍区肿瘤患者562例的术前视力及视野资料。结果:视力减退者占76.6%,视野损害占87.5%,其中偏盲性视野占82.3%。结论:视力视野的损害是鞍区肿瘤患者的眼部主要表现。分析视力视野的损害情况对鞍内肿瘤的定性和定位诊断具有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study the diagnostic significance of the visual acuity and field to sellar region tumors.Methods: Make a retrospective analysis of the visual acuities and fields of 562 cases of sellar region tumors before operations during March 2002 to October 2009 in our hospital.Results:Visual deterioration accounts for 76.69%;visual field damage accounts for 87.5% in which 82.3% are hemianopsia.Conclusion: The damages of visual acuity and field are the main eye manifestations of sellar region tumors.The analyses of the two factors have great clinic significance to the qualitation and location diagnosis of seilar region tumors.更多还原
