【摘要】 在应用型医学人才培养过程中,独立学院缺乏和谐的软环境支持,主要表现为在创新和实践方面,学生、学校及家长、社会存在认知和扶持的软肋。破解这一制约瓶颈的思路就是:丰富学院文化内涵,构建以"创新文化"和"实践文化"为主题的应用型特色"学院文化",并贯穿于医学创新教育的全过程,对应用型医学本科创新人才培养有重要现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the important constraints for independent colleges to foster application-type medical talents is lack of harmonious support from soft environment,which is manifested as poor understanding and support of students,schools,parents and society in terms of innovation and application.The ways to break the bottleneck of the soft environment lie in enriching the connotation of college culture,establishing a college culture with application-oriented characteristics focusing on innovation-based culture and practice-based culture.This conception should run through the whole process of innovation-oriented medical education.It has a practical significance in training application-type medical undergraduates.更多还原
