【Abstract】 Development of medical industry and health service needs training a large number of versatile talents with not only specialized knowledge and intellectual property rights knowledge but also innovation ability and potential.Through in-depth research,this article tried to learn about medical students’ willingness to receive intellectual property rights education,analyze the present situation,and discuss the significance of education in medical intellectual property rights.Then it discusses the contents and methods of medical intellectual property rights education,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.更多还原
