【Abstract】 The training of clinical skills and thinking are important parts of standardized training of anesthesiology residents and also a key factor of producing qualified anesthesiologists.SimMan simulation system can provide simulation medical situation in which trained residents can better master medical theory and clinical skills as well as incident handling.Our department introduced it to improve the teaching of clinical anesthesiology practice and formed the simulation platform in order to improve the quality of anesthesiology residents training.更多还原
