【摘要】 目的了解新疆2009年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊(点),求询者人群的特征及艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况。方法从艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理系统中自愿咨询检测信息管理历史卡片,下载2009年数据库,对填表时间为2009年所有VCT门诊(点)的所有《检测咨询个案登记表》进行统计分析。结果 2009年新疆共有43 613人次咨询,求询者类型除"其他"和"不详"外,有非婚异性性行为史者的比例最高为26.9%。有注射吸毒史的男性求询者明显高于女性(χ2=3 736.88,P<0.001),女性配偶/固定性伴的HIV阳性者的比例明显高于男性(χ2=501.42,P<0.001)。平均HIV检出率为8.2%,以有注射吸毒史者的HIV检出率最高为32.6%,其次是配偶/固定性伴阳性者HIV检出率为18.5%。结论求询者多数有与HIV感染相关的危险行为史,特别是非婚异性性行为史者的比例较高,HIV阳性检出率较高,提示新疆艾滋病流行的危险因素仍处较高水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the features and HIV infection situation among clients attending HIV voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) clinics in Xinjiang in 2009.Methods The data were collected from the information administrative system for HIV comprehensive prevention and care.The VCT records which were reported in 2009 were downloaded and analyzed.Results There were a total of 43613 person-times attending VCT clinics in Xinjiang in 2009.Besides unknown and other reasons,the highest proportion of VCT clients was persons with un-married heterosexual contact(26.9%).The males were more than the females among injection drug users(IDUs),and the difference was significant(χ2=3736.88,P<0.01).The females were more than the males among HIV positive spouses,and the difference was significant(χ2=501.42,P<0.01).The HIV positive rate of VCT clients was 8.2%.Among all VCT clients,the highest HIV positive rate was 32.6% among IDUs and 18.5% among HIV positive spouses.Conclusions Most of the VCT clients have HIV related risk behavior,especially the non-married heterosexual contact.The HIV positive rate in Xinjiang is high,indicating that the risk factors related to HIV epidemic are still at a high level.更多还原
