【摘要】 目的提高江西瑞赣高速公路施工人员艾滋病知识知晓率,降低其感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的风险,探索对高速公路施工人员开展艾滋病健康教育活动的经验。方法在江西瑞赣高速公路路基工程施工期间,对全部施工人员开展多种艾滋病健康教育干预活动,并分层按比例抽取部分施工人员进行干预前后的问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果瑞赣高速公路路基工程施工人员艾滋病知识知晓率提高了43.23%,最近三个月非婚异性性行为安全套使用率提高了16.67%,最近一次非婚异性性行为安全套使用率提高了32.14%,多性伴现象减少。结论瑞赣高速公路路基工程施工人员艾滋病健康教育活动达到了预期效果,成功探索了对高速公路施工人员开展艾滋病健康教育活动的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve AIDS related knowledge among workers building Rui-Gan highway in Jiangxi province,reduce their risk of HIV infection,and discuss experience of AIDS related health education activities among highway construction workers.Methods In the period of building Rui-Gan highway in Jiangxi,all construction workers were exposed to AIDS related health education interventions,and some of them were selected based on stratified sampling for a questionnaire survey before and after the interventions to assess their effectiveness.Results The rate of AIDS knowledge among highway construction workers increased by 43.23%;the rate of condom use with extramarital heterosexual partners in the past three months increased by 16.67% and the rate of condom use in the last extramarital heterosexual activities increased by 32.14%;multiple sex partners reduced.Conclusion AIDS related health education activities among Rui-Gan highway construction workers in Jiangxi have achieved expected outcomes,and have provided positive experience for health education among highway construction workers by and large.更多还原
