【摘要】 目的评估开展减低毒品危害、促进针具交换艾滋病防治项目以来,当地警察对艾滋病防治相关态度的变化情况。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用匿名方式进行调查。使用横断面调查和分层分析的方法,对2005年、2008年当地警察的艾滋病防治相关态度进行比较。结果 2008年和2005年相比,关于是否愿意主动到医疗卫生机构进行检测,男性或年龄>30岁的被调查对象的态度差异有统计学意义;关于是否愿意继续和感染HIV的朋友/同事交往,无论被调查对象的性别、年龄如何,其态度差异有统计学意义;在对待针具交换方面,男性或年龄>30岁的被调查对象的态度差异有统计学意义;对美沙酮维持治疗,无论被调查对象的性别、年龄如何,其态度差异也均有统计学意义。结论今后对警察的培训,重点要放在男性或年龄较大的警察群体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the positive changes of attitude towards HIV/AIDS prevention among local policemen after implementation of harm reduction program.Methods The questionnaire fit for local policemen was designed and anonymous questionnaire surveys were conducted among them.The HIV/AIDS prevention-related attitude in local policemen between 2005 and 2008 was compared by cross-sectional study and character-stratify analysis.Results As for the active attitude toward VCT between 2005 and 2008,there was significant change among local policemen who were male or who were aged more than 30 years.Regardless of gender and age of local policemen,there was significant change in communicating with HIV infected colleagues/friends.For needle and syringe exchange,there was significant change among local policemen who were male or aged over 30 years.For methadone maintenance treatment,there were significant changes among local policemen,regardless of their gender or age.Conclusions More emphasis should be placed on local policemen who are male or who are aged over 30 years in the further training.更多还原
