【摘要】 目前我国高校培养的研究生综合能力较低,不能满足社会和企业的用人需要.造成这一现象的根本原因在于国内高校缺乏科学的具有指导性的研究生综合能力评价指标体系,在研究生能力培养方面比较片面.针对这一问题,作者结合社会与企业对研究生所需要具备的综合能力的要求,建立了一套研究生综合能力评价指标体系,以对我国高校研究生培养模式的创新进行初步的探讨.同时,提出了综合运用模糊专家分析法、模糊层次分析法和模糊排序法来降低评价主观性的测算方法,以提高计算结果的准确度.研究结论表明:该研究生综合能力评价指标体系及模糊分析方法可以较好的对研究生综合能力进行评价.更多还原

【Abstract】 The masters′ comprehensive abilities of Chinese universities are low and they can not meet the needs of society and enterprises.The fundamental reason is the lack of an evaluation index system of masters′ comprehensive abilities.To this problem,the paper gives a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of masters which is better to meet the needs of society and enterprises.At the same time,this paper proposes a method which uses fuzzy expert analysis,fuzzy AHP and fuzzy ranking method to reduce the subjective evaluation to improve the accuracy of the evaluation.The conclusions tell us that this evaluation system can evaluate the comprehensive abilities of Chinese universities′ masters more accurately.更多还原
