一种卧式圆柱度测量虚拟仪器的不确定度评估
UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION OF A VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT FOR MEASUREMENT OF CYLINDRICAL ERROR
【摘要】 基于涡流效应开发了一种圆柱度测量虚拟仪器,分析了传感器、A/D的不确定度来源及分布规律,应用GUM中的B类方法研究了上述各个环节的合成测量不确定度,最后应用Gram-Chariler级数研究了该仪器的合成测量不确定度.
【Abstract】 A virtual instrument for measuring cylindrical error has been developed.Furthermore,the uncertainty sources of the main parts of the instrument,including the transducer,A/D convertor,and DSP have been analyzed respectively in detail.Their combined measurement uncertainties have been estimated respectively according to Type B evaluation of "guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement(GUM)" based on Gram-Chariler series,while their corresponding relative measurement uncertainties have also been calculated.Finally,the overall relative uncertainty and the combined uncertainty of the instrument have also been estimated.
