拉枝角度对富士芽和叶碳氮含量的影响
Effects of Branch Bending Angle on Carbon and Nitrogen Contents in Leaves and Buds of Fuji
【摘要】 研究不同拉枝角度下富士短枝顶芽、长枝腋芽、短枝叶片和长枝叶片的可溶性糖、淀粉及氮含量变化。以确定有利于花芽分化的合理拉枝角度。结果表明,随着拉枝角度的增大,各部位可溶性糖和淀粉含量增加,差异极显著;而氮含量减小,差异不显著。富士短枝叶和长枝叶以及110°拉枝处理短枝顶芽的可溶性糖含量在7月出现峰值;各处理短枝顶芽和长枝腋芽的淀粉含量7月最高,短枝叶和长枝叶的淀粉含量9月最高;短枝顶芽和长枝腋芽氮含量6—9月间逐渐下降,短枝叶和长枝叶氮含量6—7月间上升,之后一直下降。110°拉枝处理短枝顶芽的C/N高于其他处理。表明110°拉枝处理有利于花芽分化,是可行的拉枝角度。
【Abstract】 We studied the change of the content of soluble sugar,starch,the nitrogen in apical buds of short branches,axillary bud of long branches,long foliage leaf and spur leaf of Fuji with different branch bending angles.The result showed that,the content of soluble sugar and starch was raised with the increasing of branch bending angles,and the difference was obvious.With the increasing of branch bending angles,the content of nitrogen was declined,the difference was not significant.The content of soluble sugar achieve the highest in July in branch bending angles of 110°apical buds of short branches,long foliage leaf and spur leaf of Fuji.The content of starch was the highest in apical buds of short branches,axillary bud of long branches in July,and the content of starch was the highest in long foliage leaf and spur leaf in September.The content of nitrogen declined in June to September in apical buds of short branches,axillary bud of long branches,the content of nitrogen increased in June to July and then declined in long foliage leaf and spur leaf.The C/N in branch bending angle of 110°was higher than in other branch bending angles in apical buds of short branches.From our test,branch bending angle of 110°was benefit to flower bud differentiation,and can be used as the best branch bending angle.
