苹果蠹蛾颗粒体病毒张掖株(CypoGV-zy)的室内毒力测定

【摘要】 对我国首次分离到的1株苹果蠹蛾颗粒体病毒本土株系,苹果蠹蛾颗粒体病毒张掖分离株(CypoGV-zy)进行了室内毒力测定研究。结果表明:1~4龄幼虫期的LD50分别为4.55×103、1.20×104、3.43×104、2.11×105PIB.mL-1。在0.50×105PIB.mL-1病毒浓度下,1~3龄幼虫在感染病毒7~9 d后校正死亡率达100%,LT50分别为3.59、4.074、.66 d;4龄幼虫LT50为7.60d,1~4龄幼虫的LT90分别为5.51、5.91、6.53、16.06 d。该病毒分离株对我国西北疫区的苹果蠹蛾具有较强的毒力,具有生防应用前景。

【Abstract】 The virulence determination for a new demestic GV strain,Cydia pomonella granulovirus isolated from Zhangye(CypoGV-zy),Gansu Province,China was described.The values of LD50 for the first,second,third and fourth instar larvae were 4.55×103 PIB·mL-1,1.20×104 PIB·mL-1,3.43×104 PIB·mL-1,and 2.11×105 PIB·mL-1,respectively.The first to three instar larvae were very sensitive to CypoGV-zy,the corrected mortalities were 100% at 7-9 d after infection at a concentration of 0.50×105PIB·mL-1.The values of LT50 were 3.59 d,4.07 d and 4.66 d respectively for the first to third instar,and it was 7.60 d for the fourth instar larvae.The values of LT90 were 5.51 d,5.91 d,6.53 d and 16.06 d for the first to fourth instar larvae respectively at the same infection condition.The results indicate that the domestic isolate of CypoGV-zy is a potential biological control agent for C.pomonella in China.
