【Abstract】 In the 19th century,Russia inherited the national policy carried out by Peter I and Catherine II since the 18th century,continued to follow the very unique top-down bourgeoisie evolution with the landlord style in Russian history.Every alteration in the imperial power was accompanied by a change in the social politics and economy,which greatly impacted the Russian history development and modern evolution.The 19th century Russian monetary system evolution experienced the alternations from war to peace and reflected the historical tradition and the established principles which were shown in the Russian Tsar’s strategy to save the national economic crisis,to administer state affairs and to ensure national security,and so on.更多还原
