【Abstract】 It was discussed for the necessity of project-based teaching method using in the teaching of soft drink technology.Then the basic principle of the design and the measures for the implementation were put forward.Meanwhile,the project of producing pure water as an example was also analyzed.The results showed that after the project teaching method was put to use,the interest in specialized course and initiative in learning had been enhanced greatly.And that obtained good teaching effect.更多还原
