【摘要】 高校田径运动的普及、发展和学生身体素质的提高离不开田径教学,然而由于选项教学,田径教学已经被边缘化。究其原因主要是田径教学方法的陈旧,内容的单一与枯燥;还有社会的因素,由于过于强调学生的兴趣,而迁就学生的兴趣。因此体育教师要以新颖的创造性的教学方法和手段来吸引学生到田径课堂中来,与此同时,大学体育课要有正确的指导思想,不能有所偏差,不能走极端。更多还原
