环糊精星形大分子的合成研究

【摘要】 通过取代改性和开环聚合制备了环糊精星形大分子.其合成方法包括:(1)以对甲苯磺酰氯在吡啶中全取代6位羟基,得到了磺酰化的环糊精((Tos)7-β-CD);(2)以(Tos)7-β-CD为引发剂,辛酸亚锡催化ε-己内酯(CL)开环聚合,合成了PCL-(Tos)7-β-CD.用FTIR1、H NMR对各步反应物进行了表征.DSC和TG研究了PCL-(Tos)7-β-CD的结晶性能和热性能.由1H NMR计算了PCL-(Tos)7-β-CD的分子量,基本与理论值吻合,证明所得产物为设计星型大分子.

【Abstract】 Star-shape cyclodextrin-based macromolecules was synthesized by substituted in primary face of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and ring-opening polymerization.Synthetic procedure includes the following steps:(1) Tosylated cyclodextrin((Tosyl)7-β-CD) was prepared by p-toluene sulfonyl chloride per-substituted hydroxyl groups of primary face in pyridine;(2) PCL-(Tos)7-β-CD were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone using(Tosyl)7-β-CD as initiator and Sn(Oct)2 as catalyst.The molecular weights of the resultant polymers increased with the molar ratio of monomer to initiator.The structure was conformed by 1H-NMR and FTIR spectra.The crystallization degree of PCL-(Tos)7-β-CD was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermal performance was measured by thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The molecular weight of PCL-(Tos)7-β-CD caculated by 1H NMR were accorded with theoretical value.
