【摘要】 目的论证米伯让先生(1919—2000)对张仲景《伤寒论》研究的贡献,为近代中医史研究提供新线索。方法查阅米伯让先生发表的论文、著作并总结其临床医案和经验。结果米伯让先生擅治急性传染病、地方病及疑难杂病,对钩端螺旋体病、流行性出血热、流行性脑脊髓炎、克山病、大骨节病、传染性肝炎提出了一套完整的中医防治方案。首次提出流行性出血热的中医病名为"温毒发斑夹肾虚病",运用自拟加味银翘散作为治疗本病发热期和预防休克期的主方。著有《中医防治十病纪实》,《四病证治辑要》,《气功疗养汇编》,《黄竹斋先生传略》等著作10余部,发表《伤寒杂病论的分合隐现》等学术论文30余篇。结论米伯让先生作为一代中医名家对张仲景的《伤寒论》的研究做出了重要贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To summarize the contribution to the study of Zhang Zhong-jing′s Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Mi Bo-rang,a famous traditional Chinese medical practitioner.Methods Search the papers and books published by Mi Bo-rang and his clinic medical records,his clinic experience records as well.Results He was adept in treatment of acute infectious diseases,endemic diseases,and miscellaneous diseases,for example,leptospirosis;epidemic hemorrhagic fever;encephalomyelitis,keshan disease,kaschin-beck disease,hepatitis B.He was the first who proposed to use modified Yinqiao Powder of lonicera and forsythia to treat the epidemic hemorrhagic fever at fever period and prevention shock period.He published over 10 books and 30 papers on traditional chinese medicine.Conclusion Mi Bo-rang made great contribution to the area of study Zhang Zhong-jing′s Treatise on Febrile Diseases.更多还原
