【Abstract】 On the basis of the investigation and research into problems in documents of civil judgement,the paper mainly discusses the rules and methods of judges′ interpretation of law.Then it puts advances nine principles needed to be observed when striking a balance between judges′ interpretation of law and judical fairness.Moreover,four measures are also recommended for the reformation of composing the civil judgment documents.更多还原
