我国城市基层党组织电子党务发展的现状与对策
On the Present State and Countermeasures of E-party of Primary Party Organizations in Urban Area
【摘要】 论文分析了现阶段我国城市基层党组织发展电子党务的必要性,并对中国目前城市基层党组织电子党务发展的现状作了较为详细的描述和总结。对存在的问题从4个方面提出了对策建议:与时俱进、转变观念,安全第一、加强监管,钻研技术、培训人才,注重实效,不断提高电子党务的应用水平。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the necessity of developing E-party for the primary Party organizations in urban area,and examined the existing problems in E-party practice.Finally,four main countermeasures to overcome the problems in the future of E-party in China are provided.
