【摘要】 给出一种适用于中小规模监测系统的数据采集和存储方案:在自由口模式下实现PLC与PC机的通信,PLC采集温度数据并发送给上位机,上位机采用VB6.0编程实现温度数据的实时显示,并将数据存储在Access数据库中供浏览和查询分析。实验表明,该方法能够稳定可靠地采集和存储数据,为中小规模监测系统的数据检测提供了一个可供参考的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 A scheme of date collection and storage for small-or-medium-scaled monitoring system is presented.Communications connection is established under free-port mode between PLC and PC,where the S7-200PLC acts as a temperature collector and runs to send the date to the host computer.With VB6.0 as its software programming tool,the host computer runs to display the data in real-time,and to store the data in an Access Database for further browse,query and analysis.Experimental results show that this scheme can collect and store data stably and reliably,thus,it provided a low-cost reference to the designing of small-or-medium-scaled monitoring system.更多还原
