【摘要】 功能翻译理论不再把翻译看成静态的语言现象,而把它视为跨文化交际行为。通过比较德国功能主义者和纽马克对语篇类型与翻译策略关系的看法,文中形成了一些较为深刻的认识。尽管赖斯的语篇分类和纽马克重点研究的三种语言功能有一定局限性,但让人们清楚地看到语言功能与语篇翻译有着紧密的联系,提醒译者不仅要传达原文的语义,而且要再现原文的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to Functional Translation Theory,translation is a cross-cultural communication behavior instead of simply a static linguistic phenomenon.This paper,through comparing the views expressed by German functionalists and Newmark on the relationship between text type and translating strategy,brings into being some deeper understandings.In spite of the fact that there remain certain restrictions on Rice’s text classifications and the three language functions Newmark focused on,it is clearly seen that language functions relate closely to text translation,which reminds the translators not only to convey the originals’ meanings correctly,but also to reproduce their functions.更多还原
