油田深部调驱采出液中柔性可动凝胶微球的检测

【摘要】 介绍采用凯式定氮法测定油田深部调驱采出液中柔性可动凝胶微球(SMG)质量浓度的实验操作方法,绘制了SMG溶液线性回归曲线.测定了油田采出液中SMG的质量浓度,解决了现场采出液中SMG检测不准确的难题.实验结果表明:该方法测得的采出液中SMG质量浓度的相对标准偏差小于5%,能够满足现场检测的需要.

【Abstract】 The method for determining the mass concentration of SMG in the produced liquid of deep profile control displacing oil by Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method is presented.The standard concentration curve of SMG solution is obtianed by linear regression.The concentration of SMG in the produced fluid is accurately determined by the method.Experimental results show that the relative standard deviation of the SMG concentration determined using the method is less than 5%,which can meet detection requirement in field.
